As I have officially turned 35 on 11th July, I am thankful for a lot of things this year.   Firstly is health. By end of 2019, my health took a positive recovery where: Finally off the BP medication as my BP level is back to normal and under control. Red blood cells counts is improving. Will still be on iron supplements until specialist gives the clearance to stop. I am on this treatment due to low red blood cells where I am unknowingly anemic for few years due to heavy menses. The iron treatments also works on my menses as well and it is back to regular schedule.  I am still on another medications but so far, it is under control. It never goes beyond 10 anymore. I am still working with health recovery until today as this will be long-term. Secondly is my safety. Back in October 2019, I was involved in a 4 cars accident at airport Kepayan - KK road. Tonight, I was going thru my friends instastory when there is one really piqued my interest. This person send a Q to my friend.  According to this girl, she just freshly got out of her 7 years relationship with her ex earlier this year. She said whenever she goes out with her guy friends, she will feel very guilty towards her ex.  I agree with my friend's advice to this girl. Girl needs to heal herself before she can attempt. It will take time to 'detox' the ex presence from herself. Physically, mentally and emotionally. To take back the 'power' she has given and focus on the ex and to learn to love and take care of herself. Love thyself first before loving others.  Seeing her story reminds me of my own situation. 13 years later, I just start to heal myself and 'detox' this year.
